Materials & project scope

Customer-supplied materials

You are welcome to select and supply fixtures or finish materials. I can also help identify or source materials with your approval.

Hidden conditions

Some conditions cannot be seen until work begins. If something unexpected appears, I will stop, explain it, and discuss any change in scope or cost before proceeding.

Licensed trades

Clyde’s does not take on work that requires a specialized trade license. When a project needs one, I will say so clearly.
